Delivery Failure

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, lack of response from the customer, or missed delivery attempts, the courier services will return the parcel to us. 
Once returned, we can resend it, but a new shipping fee will apply. Orders that are undeliverable due to customer error are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
