The Story
Facial cupping uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissue as the cup glides across the face. Unlike traditional body cupping, these cups are not intended to be left stationary (you could leave them on if you really want to do so, but be warned you will end up with some bruising). They are kept moving, creating a rhythmic massage that helps encourage circulation and lymphatic movement while releasing areas of facial tension.
Made from soft, flexible, food-grade silicone, our set includes two sizes for different areas of the face. The larger cup is ideal for the cheeks, jawline, forehead and neck, while the smaller cup allows for more precise work around the contours of the face.
Used regularly, facial cupping can become a simple but remarkably effective part of your skincare ritual — particularly on mornings when the face feels puffy, heavy or less defined.

Always use facial cups with plenty of slip. Apply a generous layer of facial oil to clean skin before beginning.
Gently squeeze the cup, place it against the skin and release slightly to create light suction. Glide continuously across the skin.
Work from the centre of the face outwards, using the larger cup across the neck, jawline, cheeks and forehead. Use the smaller cup for more delicate or precise areas.
Keep your movements slow and controlled and use only enough suction to comfortably lift the tissue.
After use, wash the cups thoroughly with warm water and mild soap and allow them to air dry completely.
