Handmade traditional stoneware, fired at 1260°C for strength and everyday use. Comfortable to hold, dishwasher safe, and finished by hand so no two are exactly the same.
The Story
These cups are formed from stoneware clay and fired at 1260°C, a temperature that transforms them into durable dishwasher-safe ceramic with a naturally grounding presence.
Each piece is hand-painted using overglaze techniques, with glazes developed by the maker herself—giving every cup its own subtle variation in tone, movement, and pattern.
They are created in a small village in Central Macedonia, where the process remains traditional. Nothing is overly refined or industrial.
The textures, the imperfect edges, the layered earthy hues... this is not uniform tableware. It’s ceramic with character.
